Return and exchange rules

The buyer has the right to exchange/return goods of proper quality in the manner and under the conditions determined by the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”.

Returning a product of good quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, without traces of use, labels are preserved, as well as if there is a document confirming the fact of purchase.

The return of Goods of proper quality to the Seller's address is carried out at the Buyer's expense and is not subject to refund. The buyer can return goods of proper quality within fourteen days from the date of purchase.

Refunds for Goods of proper quality are carried out within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of receipt by the Seller of such Goods, to the Buyer’s bank account from which payment for the purchase of the Goods was made or according to other details provided by the Buyer, upon the latter’s written application.
