1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. 1.2. The policy has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data". Terms used in the Policy are construed as defined by law and subject to the Terms and Definitions section. Individual entrepreneur VOROBIEV VYACHESLAV GENNADIEVICH, EDRPOU 3336713259, registered at Ukraine, 03049, Kiev, General Gennady Vorobyov Street, building 13G, apartment 114 guarantees the confidentiality of received personal data of site visitors.
1.3. This Policy has been developed taking into account the latest changes in legislation regulating the protection of personal data, in particular, the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation No. 2016/679 of 04/27/2016 or GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation).
2. TIMELINES AND DEFINITIONS
2.1. PERSONAL DATA - this is information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be identified from the data provided.

2.3. SITE VISITOR - an individual who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses its materials and information, and in the future may become a Buyer in accordance with the Public Offer Agreement.
2.4. SITE ADMINISTRATION (hereinafter referred to as the Administration) - employees who control and manage the resources of the Site. They represent interests and act on behalf of Individual entrepreneur VOROBYOV VYACHESLAV GENNADEEVICH, EDRPOU 3336713259, registered at the address Ukraine, 03049, Kiev, General Gennady Vorobyov Street, building 13G, apartment 114 , process and organize the data processing process, processed and further processed by the Seller in accordance with the Public Offer Agreement.
2.5. IP ADDRESS — a unique network address of a node in a computer network, formed using the IP protocol.
3. WAYS AND METHODS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
3.1. The Administration processes the personal data of Site Visitors using the following methods: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), withdrawal, use, transfer (provision), deletion, destruction of personal data.
3.2. Personal data of Site Visitors is stored exclusively on electronic media and is used for the purposes specified in clause 4.3 of the Policy.
3.3. The administration may entrust the processing of personal data to a third party, complying with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data".
3.4. The transfer of personal data of Site Visitors at the request of state bodies or local governments is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
4. CONCEPT AND COMPOSITION OF PERSONAL DATA, THEIR PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
4.1. The list of personal data subject to protection by the Administration is determined on the basis of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”.
4.2. When viewing the site, some data about the computer from which the visitor is viewing the administration site is automatically recorded. The following technical information is collected: IP address; information from cookies; browser and operating system type; access time; URL of the site from which the transition was made.
4.3. The Administration processes and protects the personal data of persons who filled out any feedback forms on the Site for the following purposes:
4.3.1. providing interested parties with information about the product presented on the Administration Website and placing an order;
4.3.2. execution of the contract;
4.3.3. sending to Site Visitors, with their consent, reference, marketing and advertising information to the specified phone number and/or instant messengers, and/or email;
4.3.4. providing advice on issues related to the purchase of goods posted on the Site;
4.3.5. maintaining reports and statistics;
4.3.6. administration of the Site;
4.3.7. confirmation of the completeness and accuracy of the data provided by the Visitor;
4.3.8. informing the Visitor about the status of his order.
4.4. The list of personal data processed includes: last name, first name, patronymic, contact phone number, email, place of residence, etc.
4.5. The person who fills out the application form on the Site voluntarily provides the Administration with the personal data specified in clause 4.4 of the Policy.
4.6. By filling out any forms on the Site, the subject of personal data voluntarily agrees with the Policy and consents to the processing of personal data specified in clause 4.4 of the Policy.
4.7. The processing of personal data of Site Visitors is carried out without a time limit in any legal way, including the use of information systems with automation tools.
4.8. The Administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the Visitor’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, blocking, copying, distribution and other unlawful actions of third parties.
4.9. If the Visitor does not agree with the terms of the privacy policy, he must stop using the Site and leave it immediately.
4.10. The Administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the Visitor.
5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SITE VISITOR (SUBJECT OF PERSONAL DATA)
5.1. The subject of personal data has the right:
5.1.1. demand clarification, updating, blocking or destruction of your personal data;
5.1.2. demand that all persons who were notified of his incorrect or incomplete personal data be informed of all corrections and additions made;
5.1.3. challenge unlawful actions or inaction during the processing of his personal data in the manner prescribed by law;
5.1.4. enjoy other rights provided for in Art. 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data";
5.1.5. Visitors to the Site are required to provide only reliable information about themselves;
5.1.6. Consent to the processing of personal data is provided by the Site Visitor for the entire period necessary for the Administration to achieve the purposes of processing.
5.2. Consent to the processing of personal data can be withdrawn by the Site Visitor by sending a written application via electronic or mobile communications to the Administration.
5.3. Persons who transferred information about another subject of personal data to the Administration through the Site without his consent are liable in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
6. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SITE ADMINISTRATION
6.1. The administration does not process any special categories of personal data.
6.2. The Visitor's personal data may be transferred to government and judicial authorities only if there are legal grounds and a request.
6.3. The Administration is obliged to ensure the confidentiality and storage of the Visitor’s personal data.
6.4. The Administration undertakes to notify persons who have received the Visitor’s personal data that this data can only be used for the purposes for which it was provided, and to require confirmation of compliance with this rule.
6.5. The administration has the right to use information obtained during the execution of a public offer agreement and/or a goods purchase and sale agreement.
7. ENSURING THE PROTECTION AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
7.1. The processing of personal data complies with the requirements of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016. To ensure complete protection of personal data of Users on the territory of Ukraine, this Privacy Policy has been developed taking into account the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine, including the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”, the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce”, the Law of Ukraine “On Information” and other regulatory legal acts .
7.2. The administration takes technological and operational security measures to protect information provided by site visitors from unauthorized access, disclosure, distortion, blocking or destruction.
7.3. The measures that the Administration is taking include:
7.3.1. Application of legal, technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data.
7.3.2. Using anti-virus software on Administration computers.
7.3.3. Establishing rules for access to personal data and monitoring measures taken to protect them.
7.3.4. Access to personal data is provided exclusively to authorized persons of the Administration, who are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of this information.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE
8.1. In the event of disputes or disagreements related to the relationship covered by this Privacy Policy, the Visitor and the Administration shall resolve them through negotiations.
8.2. If an agreement is not reached, the conflict may be referred to the judicial authorities in accordance with the current procedural legislation.
9. FINAL PROVISIONS
9.1. If appropriate changes or additions are made to the current legislation of Ukraine on the protection of personal data, the policy may be changed or supplemented.
9.2. The administration may unilaterally change the policy at its discretion at any time.
9.3. All relationships that include the participation of the Administration and relate to the processing and protection of personal data and are not reflected directly in the Policy are regulated in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine on the protection of personal data.
9.4. The policy is available for review and viewing on the website in the public domain.
9.5. Compliance with the requirements of the policy is controlled by the Administration or the responsible person ensuring the organization of the processing of personal data.
